Sanford Watertown Imaging Center

Sanford Watertown Imaging is proud to offer CT and MRI services right here, close to home.

Computer tomography, commonly known as CT, is a digital medical x-ray machine that is used to take three-dimensional pictures. These photos enable physicians to clearly see what is happening inside your body without having to perform surgery. The pictures are then interpreted by a special computer which prints very detailed "slices" of your body.

An MRI is digital medical imaging machine that is used to visualize the structure and function of the body. An MRI has a much greater soft tissue contrast than CT making it especially useful in neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiovascular imaging.

Sanford Watertown Imaging is located at 891 14th Avenue NE, in the Prairie Commons Building in Watertown. Most appointments for the Imaging Center will be made by a primary care physician.
